  • Leading implementation of a $21+ million technology outsourcing contract with Bank Leumi Trust Company of New York including project management, systems development, computer and network operations and help desk. Transformed disorganized, underperforming acquired staff into a unified team within 6 months, improving service levels, responsiveness, morale, and client satisfaction.
  • Conceiving, managing and selling special advertising sections that generated more than $1.2 million in revenues for Fortune Group magazines (FORTUNE, Business 2.0, and Fortune Small Business)
  • Transforming non-profitable unit of ALLTEL Information Services into profitable Professional Services organization in less than 1 year by hiring talented staff, creating marketable services, providing added value to clients and recreating the unit’s image.
  • Salvaging and then revitalizing a small marketing & advertising agency’s deeply troubled relationship with AT&T, generating $500k in incremental revenue in 6 months and creating stability in the account.

Mark is a Certified Behavioral Analyst, a Certified Values Analyst, and a Certified Attribute Index Analyst. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. He resides in Green Brook, New Jersey with his wife and three sons.
